Refund Request Process

To request a refund, you must reach out directly to your assigned consultant. Refund requests must be submitted within five (5) calendar days from the date of your official transaction (purchase of service). Requests made beyond this timeframe will not be eligible for a full refund.

Refund Eligibility & Terms

Once we receive your request, our refunds team will carefully review your case and notify you of the decision. Below are our refund guidelines based on the service type:

  • Marketing Services – If fulfillment has begun, the service is non-refundable.
  • Publishing Assistance Service:
    • If the manuscript file has been submitted but no layout or formatting work has started, a 100% refund is available (excluding installment surcharges).
    • If the manuscript is in production, you are eligible for a 50% refund (excluding installment surcharges).
    • If the manuscript has reached the third round of layout, interior, or cover revisions, only a 30% refund will be granted (excluding installment surcharges).

Processing Your Refund

If your refund is approved, we will initiate the reimbursement to your original payment method. The processing time may vary depending on your card issuer’s policies.
